  Chili's has been my favorite place to eat for years. But after the experience my family and I had on 3/30/17, we won't be going back. I don't think I have ever been treated with more disrespect in my life. I am 46 years old have always worked in the customer service industry and have been a bartender for years. First of all the waitstaff took it upon themselves to wait until Happy Hour to bring us our drinks(30+min) after we clearly said not to wait, one was wrong sent it back, clearly stated blended please, not out of the machine, watched her pour it out of the machine, and when it was mentioned as she was walking by I was basically called a liar loudly in front my 3year old grandson and a full dining area where the waiter agreed it was blended when he knew it was not and later came back and apologized. I couldn't even finish my lunch which wasn't what I ordered anyways I don't know what is going on in that place, but maybe the managers should spend a little more time on the floor and offer your staff a class in customer service or maybe how to act in public all together! Disgusted.

  Thank Goodness for new management! Last couple of times I tried to go to this restaurant in 2016 my experiences were not stellar. First time service was good, but food quality was horrible. Second time didn't even get a chance to find out if the food was good, stood at the front door for 15 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge our existence (they never did - too busy on their phones). I am happy to say though that my most recent visit was 200% improved. GREAT service and Good Food! I will be back!
