  As you can see from the review that I wrote about a year ago, this facility hit it out of the park for me. Not sure if ownership or management has changed but the level of service is on a severe decline. Two times in a row I/we have had an issue. I was charged $80 over on a phone in order last week. Not the biggest deal but it tied that money up in my account. But today, myself and a technician at my shop placed a phone order. Very basic instructions (my technician is vegetarian) with no meat on one order and eggs over-easy. Was told they were not busy, so I asked "about 10 minutes okay?" She stated "Sure." Took over 25 minutes to receive order. Upon returning to our facility, his order had meat in it and eggs were over hard. Called to state there was a problem. I expressed my concern in a very cordial manner. They told me that they would remake his order and refund the money. We are not apposed to paying for the correct items. My technician showed up, they would hardly give him the time of day and only gave the money back. The lack of compassion and concern is none the less concerning. On the phone they said, "Do not give up on us." after I had stated I have been very happy with their services but the last two times, I have had an issue. Unfortunately, I have given up on them at this point. In my industry, a high level of customer service/satisfaction is mandatory and I expect the same with any business that I choose to use. *side note* The menu posted online (through a website that is not their's) the pricing is incorrect apparently.
  
  I have been to the Broken Egg Cafe twice now. The service, food, facility and overall experience is nothing less than extraordinary. I was at a different breakfast/lunch/dinner (starts with a D) place yesterday and it took them way too long (30-45min) for a simple order of B&G with eggs and still never saw it. I left and headed your way. I sat down, ordered my food and was eating within 5 minutes at your facility. I won't always expect my order that fast but I truly appreciate how prompt and courteous the service was yesterday. You have a life long customer and I will tell everyone I know. Thank you again.

  Great service and awesome food! This place is outstanding. Everything I have ever ordered here is very good. The waitress' are friendly and fast. They take the time to get to know your name and who you are. This place is truly a gem. I love coming here to eat. They even have free wifi for those techy kind of folks. I love Patti as my waitress. I'm really going to miss her, I don't want her to move away. My service dog even loves to come here. They treat her with kindness and respect and spoil her rotten with lots of love. Thank you Broken Egg!

  The food is the best we have had since we moved to the Northwest! Prices are good and the staff are super friendly!!
